Establishing Professional Relationships
for a Lifetime

This Mentorship Program, in which the UNE College of Dental Medicine and ASDA partner with the MDA, seeks to integrate UNE dental students with Maine dentists. Students will be partnered with a Maine dentist who has mutual interests. The relationship will introduce students to the dental community, provide shadowing opportunities of various specialties, share knowledge of how a dental practice operates, provide insight into difficult cases, and much more. This will give dental practices that may not be involved with externships the opportunity to connect with UNE students.
